Companies must meet the following criteria to be considered as a potential AMSOIL International Distributor: 

• Demonstrate at least three years’ profitable history
• Have existing distribution capabilities in the geographic region it wishes to serve
• Have or commit to hiring a sales force capable of marketing AMSOIL products, including technical product knowledge in the lubricants industry
• Proficient in writing and speaking English as well as the official language(s) of the geographic area to be served 
• Order two (2) full containers (20’ or 40’ / 6 m or 12m) per year and purchase the first container within 90 days of executing an International Distributorship Agreement
